Can’t Verify Email (Apple ID)
When you log in with your Apple ID (using Face ID or Touch ID), you might have trouble verifying your email. That can be frustrating. Don’t worry—we’re here to help!
Why Does This Happen?
When you open the app for the first time, you choose to log in with your Apple ID. You selected the “Continue with Apple ID” option. This also meant you hide your email. That’s why you can’t see your email and password now. We know this can be confusing. There’s no need to stress—we’ve got your back!
Here’s the solution
The solution is to ‘Bind’ your email. Follow these steps–
1. Open the app
2. Click the “More” button
3. Find the “Edit Profile” option
4. Click on it and go to “Add Email”
5. You’ll see boxes to enter your email and password. In the password box, do not enter your original email account’s password.
Then click on “Send OTP to email“
N.B. This password is for your OnePTE account. So, provide a password that you haven’t used for any other accounts.
6. You will get an OTP.. Check your mailbox (and possibly the spam or junk folder) you can find here a mail from The OnePTE..
7. Here is your OTP..
8. Carefully Enter the OTP. Then click on Add Email.
9. Finally your account is Verified.
10. Open the OnePTE App. Now you can login with your Mail & the Password.
