Cannot Record Audio

IOS

1. Please give permission for “One PTE” to access your microphone. Find the “One PTE” in the Settings and grant it permission to use the microphone.

2. Please check if the microphone is working well.

For Testing: To check if your iPhone’s main microphone is working, open Voice Memos, press the record button, and talk into the microphone. Then press play to listen to what you recorded. You should hear your voice clearly.

Android

1. Go to “Settings,” then tap on “Apps/App Management.” Find “One PTE” and tap on it. Next, tap on “Permissions” and enable the microphone permission.

2. To check if your microphone works, open a voice recording app and try recording your voice. You should hear yourself clearly.
