How to Change Password
If you need to reset or change your password, simply follow these steps:
From the OnePTE app
1. Click “Login”
2. Click “Forgot Password?”
3. Enter your registered “Email address” correctly. Then click on “Send Instruction“..
4. Check your mailbox (and possibly the spam or junk folder) you can find here a mail from The OnePTE..
5. Click on the link provided in the email to set a new password.
6. Enter your New Password correctly. Then click on Reset Password.
7. Your password has been successfully updated. Next you will be directed to this page..
8. Open the OnePTE App on your device..
9. Now you can login to the App with the new password..
From OnePTE Website
1. Open the OnePTE Web Page & Click Practice button
2. Click “Forgot Password?”
3. Enter your registered email address correctly. Then click Reset Password.
4. Check your mailbox (and possibly the spam or junk folder) for the reset link.
Click on the link provided in the email to set a new password.
5. Enter your new password and confirm it. Then click ‘Reset Password‘ to complete the process.
6. Your password has been successfully updated. Now you can login with the new password..
